Glamlist.com is a fashion private sales website. It is edited and run by GLAMLIST L.L.C which address appears at the bottom of this page. Only accessible to its members, glamlist.com is a completely private club. GLAMLIST L.L.C grants you with the limited right to use the website for personal use only. This does not include, in particular, the resale or the commercial use of the present website or documents from the website.

The present general adhesion and sale conditions (general conditions), including the preamble, define the incumbent rights and obligations concerning the subscription to the glamlist.com club and (ii) the online products and services sale offered by the website. Carefully read these general conditions. Members must have full knowledge of theses general conditions and declare to have accepted them in order to benefit the glamlist.com offer.

Article 1 : Definitions

“Member” refers to each individual who has agreed with the present general conditions, who has subscribed to glamlist.com and who wishes to enjoy glamlist.com privileges. Only those who are official members of the club can have access to the sales.

“Order” refers to the purchase of a product on glamlist.com.

“Profile” refers to the personal data that the Member indicates during the Subscription.

“Product” refers to all goods and services presented for sale on the Website.

“Reduction voucher” and “Gift certificate” refer to the discount value granted from GLAMLIST L.L.C to a member shopping on glamlist.com.

“Invited friends” refers to a person who was sponsored by a club member.

“Referring” refers to the possibility for a current member to invite their friends to the club glamlist.com.

“Subscription form “ refers to the form that each person has to fill in to become a member of the club.

“Supplier” refers to each company or person whom has used glamlist.com in order to sell owned products or services.

“Website” refers to the website www.glamlist.com


Article 2 : Subscription

Subscription is free.

The Site is available to members who are 18 years and older and who have not been suspended or removed by Glamlist for any reason. By becoming a member you represent that you are of legal age.

The future member is over 18 and declares and guarantees the legal capacity to contract or to commit.

The future member has to fill in the subscription form, including all of the compulsory blanks and creating a password, located on the website.

Filling in the Subscription form, the member commits himself to respecting the present terms of use as well as any alterations that could be later introduced by GLAMLIST L.L.C.

GLAMLIST L.L.C reserves the right to modify, to its liking, the present terms of use and GLAMLIST L.L.C only is authorized to do so. Alterations will come into force as soon as they have been bill posted on the website. Using this website after the bill posting, you are accepting these new terms of use.

Glamlist.com reserves the right to accept or refuse a member, to revise the access rights, to limit or cancel inscriptions at all times. Members receive an email confirmation that validates their inscription to the club.

Once the inscription form is correctly filled in, the inscription is registered and the member becomes titular of a personal account, which they can access with a password.

All purchases accomplished by a member on the website will be done through this account.

With this password, the member has the right to use the website freely. This is a personal, punctual, and non-transferable right subject to the member’s protection, which guarantees the confidentiality of the transmitted data after seizure of the password. The member takes on the entire responsibility concerning the use of his password, its preservation and will take measures to maintain its confidentiality. In no case can GLAMLIST L.L.C be taken responsible for a password used by a third person. You consent to accept the responsibility of all activities that will be operated on your account or with your password. If the password confidentiality is compromised in any way, you must inform GLAMLIST L.L.C immediately. GLAMLIST L.L.C reserves the right to take any measure judged necessary or reasonable to assure the security of the website and/or your account.

Every purchase processed on the website will be considered as having been made by the user. GLAMLIST L.L.C cannot be taken responsible for any act, consultation or transaction made by a minor person under the responsibility or trusteeship of the member.

In a case concerning loss, robbery or undue password communication to a third person, the user responsible for the incident has to inform GLAMLIST L.L.C immediately. GLAMLIST L.L.C will forbid without any delay access to the website with that password and a new password will be assigned.

When registering to glamlist.com, the member accepts to receive invitations to the sales and information from the commercial team by email.


Article 3 : Use

The website can only be used by members who wish to order products to be delivered in Canada or in United States of America. The website use is governed by provincial and federal laws of Canada and United States of America. If you access the website from outside Canada and United States of America, you do so at your own risks and will have to conform to your territory’s law.


Article 4 : Referring

Referring allows a member to offer one or several contacts the possibility to become a member. At their invited contacts first order, the member’s account will be credited with 15 USD. If the member has not ordered within nine (9) months of his account being credited, the reduction voucher will automatically be cancelled. Owners of a reduction voucher are free to use them when they like in 15 USD blocks.

Mass referrals, no matter what the support (newspaper ads, on Internet...), other than those decided by GLAMLIST L.L.C, are banned. Any referring proposals beyond friends and relatives has to be submitted to GLAMLIST L.L.C via the form, in the “contact” website section.


Article 5 : Order

To purchase, the member has to fill in an order voucher.

Before definitive validation and registration of the order, the member who is making the purchase can modify it.

Ticking off the box « I certify to have knowledge of the terms of use” and then clicking on the “validate” button, the member making the purchase is confirming the validation of the order as well as fully accepting the general conditions of online sales.

The member’s action of validating the order voucher constitutes an electronic signature, which has, between the parts, the same value as a hand-written signature.

GLAMLIST L.L.C, after reception of the payment authorization in the article 6 conditions, automatically sends an order confirmation to the member’s email address.


Article 6 : Archival storage

The order vouchers and invoices are archived on a reliable, confidential and lasting support, preserved in the GLAMLIST L.L.C's computer system.

Buying members can access their order voucher and invoices electronically, by simple request, for a maximum period of two (2) years after emission.


Article 7 : Payment terms and conditions

The payment of the products has to be completed when the order has been made, and only by credit card. MasterCard, Amex, and Visa are accepted. The member who is making the purchase will be debited during the seven days following the order validation. The status of transactions will be registered by GLAMLIST L.L.C, as well as by Paypal, in order to ensure the protection of payments.

As soon as the bank has validated the payment, the order becomes effective. In the case of a bank refusal, GLAMLIST L.L.C will automatically cancel the order in progress.

GLAMLIST L.L.C never has access to your confidential bank data. It is thus impossible to pre-register your bank information to simplify the order’s process.


Article 8 : Edited prices

Prices on glamlist.com are edited in American dollars.

Edited prices on glamlist.com do not include taxes. Participation to the shipping fees is not included in the prices displayed.

The approximate shipment rate can be checked in My Account/Order History section of the website. In the limit of available stocks, products are delivered in the delay announced on the website after the sale closure.
Products are sent to the shipment address that the member has written in his/her profile. Shipments are executed everywhere in United States of America, Canada and in no other country.
The approximate shipment date will be confirmed when ordering. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
When receiving the product, it is the client’s responsibility to verify its conformity with the order and to write on the delivery voucher the eventual damage due to the carrier.

In case of non conformity of the product, the member will have to inform GLAMLIST L.L.C within seven (7) days after reception of the product.

GLAMLIST L.L.C declines all responsibility if the delivery delays are not respected due to unpredictable or insurmountable matters of the carrier (especially in case of product loss or strike). After a 30 days investigation, if the box is still considered as lost, GLAMLIST L.L.C will refund the customer to the amount of the lost order.

Original retail prices refer to the prices given by the supplier.

Prices have to be paid in American dollars, at the Member's choice.

Prices can be modified at any time by GLAMLIST L.L.C, but products are invoiced at the price in force when ordering.


Article 9 : Follow up

GLAMLIST L.L.C reserves the right to interrupt a transaction in progress with a member whom a follow up regarding a previous transaction with GLAMLIST L.L.C is in place.

GLAMLIST L.L.C reserves the right to cancel a delivery or an order made by a member whom a follow up regarding a previous transaction with GLAMLIST L.L.C, which has been solved or is still in progress, has been identified.

Article 10 : Products availability

GLAMLIST L.L.C orders items from the supplier after the sale, depending on the quantity of products bought by the members.

GLAMLIST L.L.C proceeds in two different ways in terms of stock management. One part is bought directly from the supplier to form a pre-stock. The other part is ordered after the sale depending on the products and the quantities bought by the members.

Offers are thus limited to the stock available.

In pre-stock, products belong to GLAMLIST L.L.C until the total payment of the products has been made.

On order, products belong to the supplier until the total payment of the products has been made.

All sold products are deducted automatically from the site as soon as a member purchases them. If a/some products, once bought, are unavailable for any particular reason, the member will be informed by email. He can then either cancel his order and be refunded, or accept the available items of his order and be refunded in proportion.


Article 11 : Shipment policy

Products are sent to the shipment address that the buyer has written in his profile.

Shipments are executed everywhere in Canada and United States of America, and in no other country. Sold products cannot be exported again.

The parcel is transmitted to the addressee in exchange of an order voucher signature.

Shipment fees are given when ordering. They can depend on the type of the concerned product (weight, size…) Shipment fees are calculated before tax.

In the limit of available stocks, products are delivered in the delay announced on the website after the sale closure and after validation of the order by the buying member.

If a new order is necessary, the shipping delay will be fixed to 25 working days after the sale closure and after validation of the order by the buying member.

In all cases, the approximate shipment date will be confirmed when ordering.

When receiving the product, it is the addressee’s responsibility to verify its conformity with the order and to write on the delivery voucher the eventual damage due to the carrier. In case of non conformity of the product, the member will have to inform GLAMLIST L.L.C within seven (7) days after reception of the product.

The products will have to be sent to GLAMLIST L.L.C in its original state in the same delay, if not the claim will not be accepted. The return fees will be paid by GLAMLIST L.L.C. The customer then has to join the parcel fees’ written proof. These fees will thus be refunded or convertible in the form of a gift certificate.

GLAMLIST L.L.C declines all responsibility if the delivery delays are not respected due to unpredictable or insurmountable matters of the carrier (especially in case of product loss or strike).

After a 30 days investigation, if the parcel is still considered as lost, GLAMLIST L.L.C refunds the customer to the amount of the lost order.


Article 12 : Return

Glamlist L.L.C. will accept returns on apparel and footwear for a full refund (excepting shipping fees) via the form of payment that you used. Returned merchandise must be sent back within 14 days from the date you originally received it. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items must be returned with their original packaging including documentation, warranty cards, intact tags and all accessories.

These items are for final sale only.

If your items are eligible for return, please Contact Us in Support, a return number will be sent to you. 

The return items will be refunded within 30 days from the day customer have received them.

Article 13 : Product guarantee

The GLAMLIST L.L.C manufacturers and/or suppliers guarantee the authenticity of their products.

The product’s descriptions on the Website are the fabricant’s. He is the only one responsible for the information that appears in this descriptive.

Products are sold just as they are by GLAMLIST L.L.C with no express or tacit guarantee. For any question regarding the products guarantee, please communicate directly with the manufacturer. In case of non conformity of the product, only the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or supplier can be engaged.

The photographing of products appearing on the website has an indicative character only and does not bind GLAMLIST L.L.C by contract.

In case of breakdown or any particular functioning problem, the member has to address himself to the customers’ after-sale service of the supplier or the manufacturer. Their telephone numbers and addresses can be obtained from GLAMLIST L.L.C.

During a technical problem, glamlist.com invites its members to get in touch with the customer service via the contact form selecting the “technical failure” button.


Article 14 : Disclaimer of Warranty

The information accessible from or available through the site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranty of any kind. For instance, Glamlist does not warrant that: the information available on this site is free of errors; defects will be corrected, or this site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses.

Glamlist is not responsible for the accuracy of any advice, opinion, or statement made through the site by any party other than Glamlist or any content obtained from a linked site. Under no circumstance will Glamlist be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user’s reliance on information obtained through the site.

Article 15 : Limitation of Liability

In no event will GLAMLIST L.L.C be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whatsoever caused by the use or of the incapability to use GLAMLIST L.L.C’s website www.glamlist.com or any documents presented on the website, even if GLAMLIST L.L.C or any of their lawful agents, contractors, employees or mandatory have been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.

In no case will GLAMLIST L.L.C's total liability arising under any cause whatsoever be for more than the amount paid by the member for the specific products ordered under this agreement and to which the claim relates.

Article 16 : Discount vouchers, Gift certificates and special offers

Discount vouchers cannot be bought. It is credited automatically to the members account at the time of the first invited contacts purchase. And it is valid from the next purchase.
Discount vouchers are cumulative and apply only to sales of Glamlist.com. The members that own a discount voucher are free to use it whenever they want. If not used within a period of 2 months, it will be automatically canceled.

Gift certificates or promotional codes may be provided by Glamlist.com, they are not cumulative and you can use them on sales of Glamlist.com.
The members that own a gift certificate or a promotional code are free to use them whenever they want, only one by sale. If not used within a period of 2 months (the validity period can be shorter but it will be indicated when you gain it) it will be automatically canceled.

The discount vouchers, gift certificates and promotional codes cannot be credited back in cash. They are not reusable when canceling or returning an order; also they are not credited back by Glamlist.com once they have been used.
Discount vouchers and the gift certificates obtained through a competition-game have a validity period of 2 months. This period can be shorter but it will be indicated in the regulation of the game.

About special offers, to benefit from the item offered you must:

Special offers are deduced automatically from the total amount of your order, on the last step. After submitting you shopping cart. Special offers apply on the selected sales by Glamlist.com and will last the duration of the sale. The item offered will be available while stock last and it cannot be exchangeable or refundable. Special offers are reserved for use only by order.


Article 17 : author rights

The website and its contents are GLAMLIST L.L.C’s and eventual other parties’ property. They are protected by the United States of America and international laws on author rights and on trademarks. The use of the website is limited to the consultation, edition and or/impression of the whole or a part of the website for individual and private use.

Any reproduction and diffusion of the websites elements for commercial purposes, as well as any change, reuse, or incorporation of this element to other task is forbidden, except for express authorization and in writing from GLAMLIST L.L.C.


Article 18 : Personal information

Personal information collected by GLAMLIST L.L.C is kept in accordance with the law on personal information protection in the private sector.

Member’s personal data will be used internally for the purposes of processing the Member’s Order and to strengthen and personalize communications including by means of letters / e-mails and for the purposes of the personalization of the Website according to Members’ recorded preferences.

Glamlist may also provide consolidated statistics about its Members, its sales, exchange structures and relating to the information on the Website to trusted partners, but these statistics will not contain any personal data.

GlamlisT will communicate personal data of members to ensure the good delivery of their Orders by its Logistics partners, some aspects of the After-Sale Services, [and to conduct satisfaction surveys]. Glamlist will also communicate these data where necessary to respond to a legal authority injunction.

Where the Member has given consent, either at the point at which it registers onto the site, or later on consultation of its account page once registered, to the receipt of emails from glamlist.com, Glamlist may send information or promotional emails to the Member.

Glamlist may also pass a Member’s personal details to its affiliated or group companies and to partner companies whose products feature in the sales on the Website, where the Member has given consent, either at the point at which it registers onto the site, or later on consultation of its account page once registered. Those companies may use these details to send gifts or offers by email directly to the Member.

The member can access and modify at all moment his/her personal information and proceed to changes that s/he assumes are necessary by clicking on the "my account" button of the website.
